Abstract
Spatial Audio for Human-Object Interactions (M)Status: Abgeschlossen
Overview
Current human-object interactions mainly involve modalities such as visual contact or gesture control. In this project, we would like to utilize the auditory sense to enhance people's daily life interactions with objects. The auditory sense gives us an immediate 360-degree sense of space, time, and presence. Even without visual elements, an appropriate 3D soundscape alone enables us to perceive the environment. By exploring the generation and application of spatial aound, we aim to provide users with more natural sense of presence and more convenient interactions with objects.
