Hotel reservations are handled through Zurich Tourism, with whom we have reserved a number of rooms in the vicinity of the symposium venue. There is no need for you the select a specific hotel -- the Zurich Tourism staff will automatically select a hotel (in proximity to the symposium venue) that matches your preferences (e.g., size, price). However, if you prefer a specific hotel or if you want to check the location of the hotels relative to the conference location, you can take a look at the Hotels Map Page, which shows a selection of hotels in Zurich and their location. Note that the symposium venue is easily reachable from most hotels using Zurich's comprehensive public transportation network. Make sure that you reserve your room with Zurich Tourism on or before August 1st, 2000, otherwise room availability cannot be guaranteed. You have two options when reserving a room:

You will receive an individual confirmation of your reservation by postal mail or email directly from Zurich Tourism. Please note that international requests must be received by mail or fax in order to guarantee their reservations.
